Why Estate Planning Matters

Estate planning is truly for all of us. At its core, estate planning gives you the power to choose who would look after your finances and advocate for your healthcare wishes if you ever face an unexpected medical crisis. Ultimately, it ensures that your voice is the final authority on how your hard-earned assets are cared for and passed on.

A person without an estate plan may face:

  • Financial decisions being made by a third party they never designated
  • Health care that does not align with their wishes
  • Additional expenses due to court intervention
  • Unnecessary delays in court
  • Unintended beneficiaries receiving their assets and belongings

An estate subjected to probate:

  • Typically incurs tens of thousands of dollars in fees. See our probate calculator.
  • Gets stuck in court for 12-18+ months
  • Is public knowledge

Estate planning doesn't have to feel overwhelming or confusing. We partner with you to demystify the legal content, listen closely to your unique goals and values, and build a custom plan tailored to your life. Our focus is to handle the legal complexities so you can move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

What Sets Us Apart

Local Bay Area providers often struggle to offer quality estate plans at competitive prices. On the other hand, basic online DIY services tend to prioritize efficiency over informed decision-making and customization. We bridge the gap by offering sophisticated estate planning services without the traditional overhead.
